Join our Natural Sciences Classroom for a fun, interactive experience with Museum experts! We hear about bacteria all the time but what are they and where do they live? Why are some our friends and others make us sick. Through pictures, stained images, culture plates, and 3D models, learn what they look like, and why they are different from viruses and archaea.

After completing your registration, you will receive an email with a program link and instructions on how to reserve accessibility accommodations, such as ASL interpretation or live captioning.

Members, please sign in to your account, or register to create one, at the top of this page.

Note: Programs are conducted in Zoom and may be recorded for the Museum archive.

Many of these topics are available to schedule for an organized group. Teachers, camp coordinators, and other group leaders should contact outreach@naturalsciences.org to schedule a separate program.
