In the mid-1980’s the red wolf, North Carolina’s smaller cousin to the wolf, was reintroduced to the Alligator River National Refuge in northeastern North Carolina. Our focus will be accurately drawing this rare, usually unseen animal, using a museum specimen.

Registration is required. Registrants must be at least 16 years of age. 

Please Note: This program is subject to cancellation if a minimum number of participants is not met. Refunds will only be given if this program is canceled by the Museum. Notice of cancellation will be given via email, at least 72 hours in advance.
