In this class, we will explore the science behind the worst types of weather that affect our state every year. Participants will also learn how to make a barometer - an instrument used to measure atmospheric pressure - from ordinary household items.
Preregistration is required. Please note that this registration system is not compatible for use with smartphones.
Age requirement: Minimum age 8. Each child ages 8-15 must be registered and accompanied by a paying adult. Adult and Child age 8-15 will participate together as a team.
This program is subject to cancellation if a minimum number of participants is not met. Notice of cancellation will be given via email, 72 hours in advance. Refunds will only be given if this program is canceled by the Museum.
