Join us at Historic Yates Mill County Park for a morning “almost fall” hike on several of their trails near the millpond. The last operating 18th century water-powered grist mill in Wake County is the historic backdrop as we explore the forests and other areas near the millpond to observe the plants, animals and fungi that may be present.
You must be 18 years or older to attend. Hikes are typically 2-4 miles in length. Expect an easy to moderate activity level.
