Museum Birthday Party

The birthday party package price below includes a private party room, 30-45 minutes of programming time including interactive activities and a live animal program led by a Museum educator, 30 minutes for your celebration, a digital invitation, and a discount in the Museum Stores for the party family.

Parties have a maximum of 12 participating children (including the birthday child) and a maximum of 25 total individuals (including adults). Any child who participates in the party activities and live animal program is considered a party participant. This does not include babies or older siblings who do not participate in party activities. Children who are not participating in the party are welcome to explore the Museum with an adult.

If you would like to take advantage of the Member discount for birthday parties but do not have a current membership you may join Friends of the Museum now! Once you have added the membership to your cart, return to the Birthday Party tab already open in your browser and add the birthday party to the cart, and pay for both transactions at checkout. The $50 member discount will be applied to the party at checkout. If you're not familiar with our membership program, visit the Friends of the Museum membership page.

Members must sign-in (or register to create an account, at top) to receive the $50 member discount at checkout.

If you are interested in adding any additional treats such as cake or ice cream to your party package, please email birthday.museum@naturalsciences.org. All treats must be added at least one week in advance of your party date.

There are no tickets associated with this transaction. An email receipt and acknowledgement will be sent to the address you provided. A birthday party staff member will contact you regarding further confirmation of your reservation.
